What you can do

- Understand what permissions each role has - Review audit logs showing all admin actions - Know when SolarQuant support accesses your data

Admin capabilities by role

Workspace Owner - All permissions - Transfer ownership - Delete workspace - Manage billing

Admin - Add/remove members - Change member roles (except owner) - Configure screening rules - Publish/unpublish deals - View audit logs

Analyst - Create/edit projects - Run models - Cannot manage members or billing

Viewer - Read-only access - Cannot modify anything

What gets logged

Every sensitive action is recorded in your audit trail: - Member additions/removals - Role changes - Project status changes - Deal publishing/unpublishing - Screening rule modifications - Billing changes

SolarQuant support access

When our support team accesses your workspace (e.g., to help troubleshoot): - Access is logged with "Internal Support" badge - Reason is documented - Access is time-limited - You can see all support interactions in audit logs

Rules / limits

- Audit logs retained for 7 years - Logs are append-only (cannot be deleted) - Only owners can see billing-related logs
