What this is
Pipeline tracks each deal from first contact to operation, or to portfolio for investors: its stage, checklist, documents, permits, shared rooms and committee decisions. Your deals are private to your organisation. Other organisations only see what you put in a shared room.
Who this is for
Developers, investors and lenders. The line under the page title says which view you have: Developer view , Investor view or Lender view . Members with view access can see everything but cannot change it.
The sidebar
- Overview : the dashboard described below. - Deals : every deal as a board or a table. - Shared rooms : rooms with investors, lenders, developers and advisors. The number shows rooms waiting on you. - Decisions : committee meetings, votes, outcomes and conditions. The number shows votes waiting on you. - My tasks : tasks and checklist items you own, across every deal. - Reports : MWp and capex (or tickets) by stage, COD or closing by quarter, conversion and time in stage. - Stages & checklists : your stage templates, each stage's checklist and its chance of closing. - Fields : the core fields, up to 10 custom fields, and the setting Add screened projects automatically .
What the Overview page shows
- Key numbers across the top: active deals, pipeline MWp, weighted MWp (each stage's chance of closing), capex or tickets, and COD in the next 12 months (for funders, closing in the next 12 months). - Needs attention : one row per deal with its most urgent reminder, for example an overdue checklist item, an expiring document or permit, a file that needs your check, a deal moved with missing items, or a deal that has gone quiet. Each row has a button that opens the right tab. - Pipeline by phase : Early, Advanced, Ready to build, Building and Operating, in MWp or in capex (tickets). - Stages : deals and MWp per stage for each deal type, with a link to the board. - Coming up : dated next steps, checklist items, tasks and document expiries in the next 3 weeks. - Shared rooms : what the other side is waiting for (an NDA to sign, a document to send, a question to answer) and unread messages. It only shows when you have rooms. - Recent activity : filled in from rooms, offers, Payment Risk and uploads.
