Project Status Workflow
Draft - Project created but not yet submitted for review - Can be freely edited by analysts and admins
Submitted - Project sent for investor/reviewer evaluation - Editing locked unless reviewer requests changes
Screening - Automated rules being applied - Model calculations running
Needs Info - Reviewer requested additional information - Developer can edit and resubmit
Passed Screening - Met all automated screening criteria - Ready for manual review
Approved - Final positive decision made - Project locked from further edits
Rejected - Did not meet criteria - Rejection reason recorded
Closed - Manually closed by admin
Rules - Only admins can manually change status - All status changes logged in audit trail - Version snapshot created at key transitions
